Returns

We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery only for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit.
  • Defective or incorrect items received.
  • Different from the product ordered.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Incorrect size or style selection.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Incorrect item received.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be provided at our discretion.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return, exchange, or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully shown.
  • The video must be unedited, without cuts, pauses, filters, or interruptions.

Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The requested replacement is unavailable.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our end.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is due to an error from Darshangi Jewels, return shipping and replacement costs will be borne by us.
  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn jewellery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Requests made after the applicable return or exchange period.

Jewellery Care

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery:

  • Store jewellery in the plastic pouch provided by Darshangi Jewels after use.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, deodorants, lotions, and other chemicals.
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Handle with care and store separately to prevent scratches.
