Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Domestic Orders (India)
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Remote areas, North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, and other special zones may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
- A shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for orders below ₹499.
- Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link or tracking details will be shared through your registered email address or phone number.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Darshangi Jewels shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Natural calamities.
- Courier partner delays.
- Operational disruptions beyond our control.
Darshangi Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Undelivered or Returned Orders (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Failure to collect the package.
The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may lead to restriction or discontinuation of COD service for future orders.
International Shipping
Currently, Darshangi Jewels primarily ships within India. For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact us directly for assistance.
Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process any claim, customers must provide:
- A continuous unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully displayed.
- The video must be unedited, without cuts, pauses, or filters.
Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.
